Washington, July 23 (Hibya) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Singapore's Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan.

Following the meeting, Rubio said the two sides reaffirmed the strong strategic partnership between the United States and Singapore.
In addition to bilateral relations, the discussions focused on emerging technologies, trade and economic cooperation, as well as joint efforts within the framework of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
