Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The State of Palestine warned that the decision to classify occupied West Bank lands as state property would have serious consequences.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the move was described as a direct threat to security and stability, amounting to the de facto annexation of occupied Palestinian territories and signaling the implementation of annexation plans aimed at consolidating the occupation through illegal settlement activities.

The statement stressed that the decision effectively nullifies signed agreements and violates international law, particularly UN Security Council Resolution 2334, which states that all Israeli settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem, have no legal validity.

Palestine emphasized that unilateral steps will not grant Israel any legitimacy over the territory of the State of Palestine and will not alter the status of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip as occupied Palestinian territories under international law.

The statement also called on the international community, especially the United Nations Security Council and the United States administration, to intervene immediately and compel Israel to comply with international law and international legitimacy resolutions.
