Merz: We are assuming shared responsibility for Europe’s security
Berlin, January 28 (Hibya) – German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that Germany and Romania are assuming shared responsibility for Europe’s security and will continue their strong support for Ukraine.
German Chancellor Merz stated that Germany and Romania are close partners within NATO, as well as in economic and energy matters.
Noting that, in challenging times, they are taking joint responsibility for Europe’s security and will continue their strong support for Ukraine, Merz thanked Romanian Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan for his visit to Berlin.
