Luxon: New Zealand’s support for Ukraine will continue
Wellington, May 10 (Hibya) – New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon said that New Zealand’s support for Ukraine will continue.
Prime Minister Luxon emphasized that New Zealand stands alongside its global partners in supporting a just and lasting peace in Ukraine, beginning with a full and unconditional 30-day ceasefire.
He noted that he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, and other world leaders for an important discussion on how to collectively support Ukraine.
“Our values only matter when we act on them. New Zealand’s support for Ukraine will continue,” Luxon stated.
