Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

European Union Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos drew attention to the environmental and humanitarian effects of Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s infrastructure on neighboring Moldova.

Emphasizing the danger caused by the attack, Kos said, “Russia’s attack on the Novodnistrovsk hydroelectric power plant in Ukraine polluted the Nistru River, a drinking water source vital for the vast majority of Moldova’s citizens. This is a reminder that Russia’s war does not stop at Ukraine’s borders.”

Delivering a message of solidarity with Moldova, Commissioner Kos stated that the EU is ready to activate its assistance mechanisms: “We stand in solidarity with the Republic of Moldova. The European Commission, together with our member states, is ready to provide support through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.”
