Israeli President Isaac Herzog stated that the country's defense industry plays a critical role in Israel's security and strength, and highlighted the work carried out at the facility as well as the contributions of its employees.

Speaking about the structure of the defense industry, Herzog said: "Israel's defense industry is one of the main pillars of the security and strength of the State of Israel. Behind the advanced capabilities and systems stand thousands of outstanding workers—engineers, developers, and production personnel—who work with dedication and a sense of mission, especially during the years of war."

Sharing his impressions from the factory visit, Herzog said: "During our visit yesterday to the Elbit Systems factory in central Israel, we had the opportunity to closely observe the impressive work, innovation, creativity, and developments in domestic production born from operational experience."

Noting that he met with the workers, Herzog said: "It was inspiring to walk through the production halls and speak with young Israeli workers who are devoted to industry and security."
