Finnish President Stubb’s Davos meetings
Davos, January 21 (Hibya) – Finnish President Alexander Stubb met with Swiss Confederation President Guy Parmelin and Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
Finnish President Stubb held a meeting in Davos with Swiss Confederation President Guy Parmelin.
Thanking Parmelin for hosting the World Economic Forum, Stubb said, “This year we are celebrating the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Finland and Switzerland. Our friendship is growing stronger every day.”
Stubb later met with Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
Stubb stated that during the meeting he received information about the situation in the region and the peace process, and that the situation in Gaza and access to humanitarian aid to the region were also discussed.
