Estonia provides investment support to northern regions of Moldova
Tallinn, October 6 (Hibya) - Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna announced the launch of the IMPACT North program to help communities in northern Moldova attract investment and turn local ideas into projects.
Estonian Foreign Minister Tsahkna said that, together with Moldovan Foreign Minister Mihai Popșoi, they launched the IMPACT North program of the Estonian Centre for International Development Cooperation (ESTDEV) in the Moldovan city of Bălți.
