Costa: Social Dialogue is the Cornerstone of the EU Social Model

Brussels, October 13 (Hibya) - The Tripartite Social Summit, bringing together representatives of workers, employers, and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) at the EU level, was held. The meeting addressed social dialogue processes and current issues concerning working life.

According to a statement made by European Union (EU) President Antonio Costa, the Tripartite Social Summit was held, bringing together representatives of workers, employers, and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) at the EU level.

Within the scope of the summit, social dialogue processes and topical issues regarding working life were addressed. Views were mutually exchanged with representatives during the meeting.

Emphasizing that social dialogue is one of the cornerstones of the EU social model, Costa noted: "A stronger Europe must also be a fairer Europe. And we are fully committed to building precisely such a Europe."
