Carney: Peace in Ukraine discussed with President Zelenskyy
Ottawa, November 24 (Hibya) – Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting, during which it was emphasized that Ukraine must remain at the center of negotiations to achieve a just and lasting peace.
Carney said, “Today, I discussed with President Zelenskyy the steps needed to secure a just and sustainable peace in Ukraine.” The meeting addressed ongoing efforts toward a peace agreement and reaffirmed the importance of Ukraine being central in the negotiations.
