Brekelmans: We need to increase our level of military preparedness
Amsterdam, December 15 (Hibya) – Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans said that in the “grey area” between peace and war, they need to strengthen societal resilience and increase the level of military preparedness.
Dutch Defense Minister Brekelmans stated that in the “grey area” between peace and war, societal resilience and the level of military preparedness must be enhanced.
Noting that this requires a broad-based mobilization encompassing defense, public institutions, the private sector, partners and society as a whole, Brekelmans said: “As a government, we are today presenting in detail the work we are carrying out in this field and the steps taken with a holistic approach.”
