Asian stock markets trade lower
Istanbul, August 4 (Hibya) - Asian markets showed a negative trend during this week's trading session.
Asian markets traded mostly lower during this week's trading session. While the Australian and Chinese stock markets posted gains, markets in Japan, India, and Hong Kong declined.
In Australia, the S&P/ASX 200 index rose 1.30 percent to 9,136.30 points. In China, the Shanghai Composite index gained 0.16 percent to reach 3,815.589 points.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 index fell 0.64 percent to 63,348.33 points. In India, the NIFTY 50 index declined 0.66 percent to 24,611.25 points, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index dropped 0.49 percent to trade at 25,882.43 points.
