President Zelensky congratulated President Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and the American people on Thanksgiving. He expressed deep gratitude for the assistance that has helped save many lives in Ukraine and supports the country’s daily defense of its independence.

Zelensky noted that Ukraine is pleased with the constructive relationship between the two countries, adding: “We look forward to further positive progress in diplomacy to decisively end the war Russia is waging against our people.”

He added that they sincerely hope that honorable peace and guaranteed security will become shared achievements.
