Dutch PM Schoof: Support for Ukraine must continue
Amsterdam, November 27 (Hibya) – Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof stated that talks on the peace plan for Ukraine are gaining momentum and that positive steps are being taken.
Schoof commented on his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
He noted that during the conversation they emphasized that Russia’s attacks continue daily and that Europe must increase pressure on Russia.
Schoof affirmed that the Dutch government will continue its financial, military, and political support for Ukraine, saying: “The war continues every day. Zelensky must sit at the negotiation table as strong as possible. This is the only chance to move closer to lasting peace and end years of war and destruction.”
