Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that he met with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide. In his statement, he said: “I informed him about Russia’s recent attacks on Ukraine and on our energy system, including the infrastructure of our nuclear power plants.”

Sybiha stated that he thanked Norway for its leadership in supporting Ukraine in energy assistance, gas supply, investment in the defense industry, and other areas. He added:

“I also informed my counterpart about the Ukrainian government’s determined responses to recent anti-corruption investigations and the practical steps taken to demonstrate Ukraine’s continued commitment to reforms and the fight against corruption.”
