Amsterdam, 17 November (Hibya) – Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel stated that the international security situation is changing rapidly, noting that digital attacks and disinformation know no borders.
Minister Weel emphasized that the international security situation is evolving quickly.
He said that digital attacks and disinformation know no borders, adding: “Therefore, we are strengthening our cooperation both in Europe and beyond, and being prepared at home makes our work easier.”
The ministry’s statement read: “Digital attacks, fake news and attempts to disrupt our systems are no longer a distant concern. The Netherlands is increasingly facing these issues.”
