According to a statement from Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard during her visit to Doha.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation relations, regional developments, and mediation efforts between the United States and Iran. They also reviewed diplomatic initiatives aimed at strengthening regional security and stability.

Al-Thani emphasized that a constructive approach by all parties toward the ongoing mediation process would contribute to a peaceful resolution of the crisis and the achievement of a lasting agreement.
